RPPC of John Smith (Ka-Be-Nah-Gwey-Wence) at 129 years old. He was a Chippewa Indian from Cass Lake, Minnesota. Sold on eBay for $29.95.

Joey said...: I agree. I wonder about the things he's seen in 129 years, especially during the time that this was taken (the postcard was printed in 1918, so we can assume sometime before that). So, can you imagine him being born in the late 18th century (maybe 1789 or around there) and seeing the changes to his native land.
