Looks like a cut and paste to me!
I've seen this model in an old magazine ad, though I can't remember which one. I also think it's cut and paste. Why was it made? This makes the portrait more interesting in my opinion!
If that's true that would be REALLY interesting! Would love it if you could ever find a source. Why would someone do that? Intriguing...
