Folk Art Ballet






Circa 1950's folk art carving of the ballet dancer Sally Bailey, by carpenter and itinerant carver F.W. Dannelley of Fresno, California. Sally Bailey was a principal dancer for the San Francisco Ballet in the 1950's.

Folk Art Sculpture of a Man by W.L. Bourdeau

The folk artist W.L. Bourdeau apparently lived and worked in Ranger, Texas and all of his extant works seem to have been made between the 1950's and 1960's.
