Strange Double-Sided Folk Art Carving of Men

Double-sided profiles of what looks to be a white cowboy and a black cowboy.

Interestingly, this was made by the same artist that made this enigmatic “Seal Whimsey” that sold on eBay about 2 years ago.

I know this because on the bottom of this piece, the initials “R H R” in a very distinctive almost logo-like mark are incised, exactly the same as what was on the “Seal Whimsey”.
