The poor wee one looks like he's been forced to do this before and now has one leg shorter than the other. I'm sure he grew up with no noticeable psychological problems, ticks, or fear of heights.

What's funny (weird, not haha....well, a little haha) is that the left leg almost looks like it's in a cast instead of socks!

I thought the same thing! It looks like a cast.
And he does have a Spanky look! The dog with the black eye is sure to walk by soon thus saving him from a tragic fall to the hard ground.
