What's worse...I'm not sure if it even sold or not, but for the life of me I can't find it again in eBay's completed items. I know it was under Photographic Images (Pre-1940), but it's not coming up under the normal keywords that I use. I'll let you know if I find it. Also, I'm definitely going to shoot you emails when I find something you may be interested in. Completely forgot that these early musicians would be of interest to you!
yeah, i figured it was on ebay, so i took a search on all the words i use, but couldn't find it either... off into the netherworld!!! indeed if you come across anything music related with that much atmosphere let me know! hope life is goodness.... keep posting, the blog is great.
I'm not sure if there's a particular term for them per se. I just happen to come upon them every once and a while and find them fascinating, especially when the subject complements the form.

there was once on ebay a beautiful shaped photo like a hand, with a photo of a bird inside, it was stellar, and sold for way too much money...

I have one of these type of cards. A bell shape with a woman inside looking at her ring finger (I think)
Is there a name for this ?
