Interestingly, another early 20th century circus photo album went to auction about a month ago. That one only got a little over $600 but had equally interesting photos from several early circuses and carnivals.
Nevermind, now I see it is a bear standing on two legs...it looked like that hind leg was a tail in the air. For a moment I thought it was a monster size anteater.
I'm out. And it is Outstanding.
