I've seen this model in an old magazine ad, though I can't remember which one. I also think it's cut and paste. Why was it made? This makes the portrait more interesting in my opinion!
She looks like the beautiful actress Jeanne Crain who was in a movie called "Pinky", "depicting the conflicts and tribulations of a light-skinned Southern black woman “passing” for white while in nursing school up North."
