A 1967 amateur portrait study of John F. Kennedy, done by a man named "Kesler" who apparently had met and worked with JFK during the Veteran's National Conference in August, 1954 and later, the candidacy of Timothy J. Murphy (a friend and fellow attorney of JFK's) . Headlines of Kennedy's assassination are pasted on the verso including a type written statement by the artist.
A more heartfelt statement of grief cannot be articulated than his final sentence on the type written note on the back of the painting:
He was YOUR President; He was MY President, and most of all, "HE WAS MY FRIEND!"Measures 21 1/2 x 18".
