A Fallen Woman
Remnants of what was once a nice 1946 amateur folk carving of a woman, unfortunately taken down by the US Postal Service. Just a reminder to all of you eBay buyers out there....remember to get insurance!
Fashion Crime Scrapbook
Ok, so it's not exactly like it sounds in the title, although I'd love to see that sort of scrapbook too...a 1930's version of "What Not to Wear".
This one is a little different: A circa 1931 Carlton Fashions catalog filled with newspaper clippings of child abduction, murder and violent crime.
Just plain weird.

Red and White
Going to NYC? From March 25-30th, the Park Avenue Armory will be featuring a special exhibit by the American Folk Art Museum titled "Infinite Variety: Three Centuries of Red and White Quilts," the largest quilt exhibition ever to be displayed in New York City. The exhibit will be free and open to the public.
