I first saw this painting at the "Villa America" exhibit at OCMA a few years ago. When I saw it, my jaw actually dropped...it was THAT unbelievable! In my opinion, probably one of the greatest self portraits ever made, right up there with Rembrandt, Ivan Albright, etc....
