Wow- there's something so ethereal about this portrait. The fact that it's in driftwood makes it all the more so. I LOVE this blog! Please never stop what you're doing! It's such fascinating stuff.
It's pretty nice isn't it? I saw a another great piece a few years ago -- it was a portrait of a woman in the inside of a seashell and the gesture of her lips made it look like she was talking. I always thought that was just perfect, especially as you always put your ear to a shell to hear the ocean. Wish I saved a pic of it!
